In order to facilitate scheduling, meeting and presentation dates are set at least one year in advance according to the following guidelines:
The first meeting in each quarter is scheduled for Monday
in the fourth week of the quarter from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional meetings will be called if necessary.
CLI breakfast presentations are scheduled on Wednesday during reading week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during fall and winter quarters.
All other meetings and presentations for the next academic
year are scheduled during the last council meeting of the
academic year, usually held at the beginning of June.
