The council meets every quarter and twice during the spring quarter to give the members the opportunity to discuss relevant issues and updates regarding the profession and the status of language teaching at the university.
In order to facilitate scheduling, meeting and presentation dates are set at least one year in advance according to the following guidelines:
Regular Council Meetings:
The council meetings are scheduled to take place at the following times during the academic year 2012/2013:
Fall: Monday, October 15, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Winter: Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Spring: Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Final Meeting: Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Additional meetings will be called if necessary.
